Holiday Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fifths bourbon
    1 1/2 fifths dark rum
    3/4 fifth cognac
    3 fifths Claret
    3/4 fifth dry gin
    3 c. lemon juice
    2 1/4 qt. water
    1 3/4 oz. instant tea mix
    12 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Thaw berries.
    Mix together first 6 items in 2 gallon container. Combine water and instant tea.
    Stir until dissolved. Add tea to bourbon mixture. Blend berries in blender and add to bourbon/tea mixture.
    Let rest for 2 hours (minimum).
    Place large block of ice in 3 gallon bowl.
    Pour mixture over ice.
    Garnish with whole strawberries.
    Makes 126 (5 ounce) servings.
