Stuffed Pork Spareribs With Baked Apple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salt, pepper and paprika to taste
6 to 8 lb. spareribs
flour (for dredging)
bread dressing with apple
1 tomato, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, cut in 6 rings
Preparation

Season spareribs to taste.
Cut each slab in two and dust with flour.
Add chopped apple to bread dressing and spread over ribs. Top with tomato slices and onion rings.
Cover the pan and bake at 325\u00b0 until nearly done, about 2 1/2 hours.
Uncover, baste and brown as desired, baking about 30 minutes more.
