Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries, chopped pea size
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Preparation

Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar on bottom of uncooked pie crust.
Add pie mixture.
Cover with second crust.
Brush pie with mixture of 1 egg, mixed with 2 tablespoons water.
Bake 50 minutes at 400\u00b0. Cool and serve.
Can be topped with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
