Delicious Apple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts, mashed
sliced Golden Delicious apples

Preparation

Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Stir in crushed peanuts. Serve with sliced apples. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice to retain color, if desired.
