Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Add sugar, salt and beaten eggs. Add vinegar just before pouring into crusts. Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake until firm, about 25 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
