Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. good steak
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Using a large skillet (preferably iron), melt margarine.
    Add sauce, mushrooms, onion and pepper. Add steak and cook, covered, until steak is tender.
    Remove cover and let brown some.
    Mix 1 cup water with 2 teaspoons Argo cornstarch.
    Add this to pan to make small amount of gravy.
    If too thick, add water.
