Simple Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onions.
    Shape into 6 firm patties.
    Cook patties in skillet over medium heat until brown.
    Remove from skillet; spoon off fat. Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms.
    Return patties to skillet. Cover and cook on low heat 20 minutes or until done.
