Coated Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. milk
3 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites; add salt and sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Add milk and stir.
Add pecans; stir and coat well.
Put in pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring 2 or 3 times.
