Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
4 c. finely chopped zucchini
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven (in low 1/3 of oven) until tester inserted comes out clean, about 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool slightly before cutting; can be doubled.
Serves 10 people.
