Rice Krispie Date Balls (No Bake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 lb. ground dates
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. rice krispies
    1 c. nuts
    coconut flakes
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients and cook on low heat until thickened.\tRemove from heat and stir in cereal and nuts.
    Let cool.
    Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
