Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. hot water
    2 pkg. yeast
    7 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Mix sugar and Crisco in large mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup hot water and eggs.
Dissolve yeast and 1 cup of warm water.
(I add part of the sugar to the yeast mixture.
    It helps it rise.)
Add the yeast mixture to the Crisco mixture; mix well.
    Stir in flour.
Store in refrigerator in a greased bowl with lid or wet towel.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down and make into desired rolls.
Let rise about 2 hours in a warm place.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
