French Fried Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 firm medium bananas
    fresh lemon or lime juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
    oil or shortening (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Peel bananas and brush with lemon or lime juice to prevent discoloration.
    Dip it in egg, then in the corn flakes.
    Deep-fry in oil heated to approximately 375\u00b0 for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel to soak up extra grease.
