Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green tomatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup oil
Preparation
    Slice green tomatoes. In a small bowl, beat egg with fork, add milk and stir.
    Put flour in plate.
    Salt and pepper tomato slices to taste, dip in milk and egg then flour.
    Put oil in skillet, and fry on medium until brown.
    Serve while hot.
