Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 pkg. frozen green peas, uncooked
1 pt. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Place 3/4 head lettuce in bowl, shredded.
Then layer pepper, layer of onion, layer of celery, layer of green peas, then remaining lettuce.
Mix mayonnaise and sugar.
Spread over the entire top and seal edges.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top, then sprinkle crumbled bacon all over top.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill.
Serves 8 to 10.
