Apple Breakfast Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. skim milk
    4 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. apple jelly
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat together flour, milk, egg whites, margarine and salt. Pour into Pam-sprayed 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cut in fourths.
    Serve with topping made from remaining ingredients heated and stirred until hot.
    Serves 4.
