Ingredients

1 pt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Scald milk; mix sugar, flour, salt and egg yolks.
Add scalded milk; cook and stir constantly until thick.
Add vanilla.
Chill. Beat egg whites stiff; add 2 tablespoons sugar.
Beat until creamy. Fold into chilled mixture.
Freeze in freezing compartment.
Can use honey in place of sugar if you like flavor of honey.
