Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

2 1/4 lb. chicken breast
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prepare chicken by removing skin and cutting into square nuggets (1 1/2 to 1 3/4-inch).
Combine crumbs with salt and pepper.
Dip nuggets in melted butter, roll in seasoned crumbs and place on a foil lined pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0
for 10 to 12 minutes.
