Chicken Salad (Hot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or turkey (I bake chicken breasts in pan covered with foil at 400~ for 1 hour)
    2 c. chopped celery (small pieces)
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayo (Hellmann's)
    1/2 c. nuts (almonds or pecans)
Preparation
    Mix together and put in casserole. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until chips are lightly browned.
