Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into loaf size Pyrex dish treated with Pam.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Good with pork dishes.
