Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add brown sugar.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave in for an hour or so.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
