Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    1 head cabbage
    1 can tomato puree
    1 medium can sauerkraut
    pinch of garlic
Preparation
    Mix together meat, spices, rice and egg.
    Shape into 2 ounce balls.
    Soften cabbage in hot water.
    Roll each ball in 1 cabbage leaf.
    Layer cabbage rolls and sauerkraut.
    Pour tomato puree over rolls.
    Add water or sauerkraut juice to 1-inch deep.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 1/2 hours.
