2 1/2 c. peaches, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 large egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 large egg yolk, beaten until thick
1/4 c. cream
2 large egg whites, beaten stiffly
Preparation

Place peaches into a well buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and flour. Sprinkle over peaches and then dot with butter.
