Mexican Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. real lime juice
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 2 c.)
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped, seeded jalapenos (fresh)
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 medium avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except avocado.
    Chill 4 to 5 hours (or overnight).
    Add avocado and serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
