Straw-Ba-Nut Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, cut in pieces
    2 large, ripe bananas, diced
    2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries with juice
    1 pt. whipping cream
    whole milk or 2% milk (enough to finish filling freezer can)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and salt until foamy.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Mix well.
    Add whipping cream and vanilla.
    (Mixture will be thick.) Add fruits and pecans.
    Pour into freezer.
    Finish filling freezer with milk.
    Stir mixture thoroughly.
    Freeze in electric or hand cranked freezer.
