Gels Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. of strawberry jello
    1 pt. of strawberry ice cream
Preparation
    Prepare jello according to directions.
    Allow to cool in refrigerator until the consistency of thick cream.
    Allow ice cream to soften at room temperature, but not melted.
    Beat ice cream and jello together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
    Put back in refrigerator until completely set.
    Serve in sherbet bowls.
    Top with whipped cream if desired.
    Serves 6 people.
