Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    3 c. boiling water
    2 c. mayonnaise
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 (12 oz. each) cans corned beef
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add mayonnaise to jello while still hot.
    Scrape fat from corned beef and crumble into small pieces.
    Add remaining ingredients to warm jello mixture, except sliced hard-cooked eggs.
    Use two foil pans (11 5/8 x
    1/4 x 2 3/8-inches).
    Divide half of the mixture between the two pans. Top with sliced hard-cooked eggs.
    Pour remaining jello mixture between pans.
    It will set up quickly.
    Make a day ahead.
