Scrambled Egg And Ham Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. light cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. minced smoked ham
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat 12 eggs with milk, cream, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, toss 3/4 cup ham in 3 tablespoons butter over moderately high heat for 1 or 2 minutes.
    Add half the egg mixture and cook it over moderate heat, stirring constantly, for 1 or 2 minutes.
    Remove the pan from the heat, still stirring, and stir the eggs until they are only very lightly set.
    Pour the scrambled eggs and ham into a well buttered 11-inch flameproof glass pie plate.
