Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour or combine in a food processor.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar and pour into shortening-flour mixture. Roll out to form pie crust.
    Makes 2 crusts or 1 crust with top.
