Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large bananas, crushed
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, well ground
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Blending one at a time, combine the first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Combine flour, soda, salt and baking powder in separate bowl, then add to batter in large bowl.
Thoroughly blend. Add bananas.
(Note:
Bananas should be very ripe!)
Add nuts. Bake in \"Pammed\" loaf pan (this recipe makes a large loaf) in a preheated 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Bread is done when top splits and appears thoroughly cooked (but not dried out). Keep covered with aluminum foil to retain freshness.
