Ham And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 cans chicken both
    1 medium carrot, sliced thin
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. tarragon
    2 cans whole potatoes
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 jar pimento chopped
    1 cup smoked chopped ham
Preparation
    Combine broth, carrot, onion and herbs in pot.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Add remaining ingredients except 1 can potatoes.
    Puree can of potatoes and add to mixture.
    Bring to a boil and serve.
    Serves 4-1 1/2 cup servings.
