Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    fish fillets
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix the buttermilk and lemon juice and dip fish into buttermilk mixture.
    Mix the flour and cornmeal and roll fish in flour mixture.
    Fry in deep, hot fat until brown, then sprinkle with salt.
