Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Place chops in glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours or overnight.
Grill or broil.
Brush occasionally with marinade. You can half the recipe if you want to use 4 thinner chops.
