Louisville Hot Brown - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon, fried (per serving)
1 slice toast (per serving)
turkey slices
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
Cheddar cheese to taste
Preparation

To
make sauce, melt butter in pan.
Stir in flour; add milk. Cook until mixture thickens.
Add cheese and stir until melted. Lay
turkey
slices
on
toast.
Top with bacon, then pour\tcheese sauce over bacon.
Bake under broiler until sauce begins to brown.
