Apricot Glaze Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

1 3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rolled oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. apricot preserves
Preparation

Combine beef, oats, eggs, onions, 1/4 cup catsup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix well. Pack into lightly oiled ring mold.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Let stand in pan 5 minutes.
