Aunt Sandy'S Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. warm milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
    Combine all ingredients and let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake appropriate amount of batter in a heated waffle iron.
    Serve with maple syrup or applesauce or fresh blueberries and cream or fresh strawberries and cream or fresh peaches and cream.
