Japanese Fruit Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs (medium)
    1 stick butter
    1 c. pecans or raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 pie shells
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Divide batter filling into 3 shells.
    Place in oven, set at 300\u00b0, for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 275\u00b0.
    Cook for 35 minutes.
