Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco mix
1 small bag corn chips
2 diced tomatoes
1 lb. grated cheese
1 finely chopped onion
1 small bottle Catalina dressing, chilled
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, drained
Preparation

Brown beef and drain.
Add seasoning mix, water and beans and simmer.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese and dressing. Serve immediately or chill both mixtures until serving time.
Just before serving, combine both mixtures with corn chips.
Mix well and serve.
