Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. orange roughy (fresh or frozen)
    1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
    1 stick margarine, cut into slices
Preparation
    Place fish in shallow baking dish.
    Pour orange juice on top and dot with margarine.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Fish is done when it flakes with fork.
