Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
Preparation

Melt margarine; add flour and stir well.
Add milk slowly and cook until thick.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Serve over seasoned boiled vegetables.
May add water if needed.
