Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    4 raw carrots, grated fine
    1 apple, grated
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
    Stir gently with a whisk.
    In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, grated carrots, grated apple, brown sugar, raisins and eggs and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
    Stir into flour mixture.
