Sausage Cake(Permanent Mold Casting) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raisins
    water to cover raisins
    1 lb. beef sausage
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cover raisins with water and boil 20 minutes.
    While raisins are boiling, mix sausage, cinnamon and sugar together.
    With slotted spoon, put raisins in sausage mixture (save raisin water). Measure 1 cup raisin juice (if not a cup, add water).
    Add baking soda to juice, then to sausage mixture.
    Juice will foam when soda is added.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
