Maple-Nut Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 pt. (4 c.) half and half
    1 1/2 Tbsp. maple flavoring
    4 well-beaten eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine milk and pudding mix.
    Beat 2 minutes until well blended.
    Refrigerate about 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, half and half, maple flavoring and eggs to pudding mix until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into freezer can.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 3 quarts or 24 (1/2 cup) servings.
