Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, drained and chopped
    2 c. chopped spinach
    5 oz. cooked turkey, cut 1/2-inch strip
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. low calorie Italian dressing
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, turkey, eggs and green onion in a large bowl.
    Combine Italian dressing and mustard, stirring until blended.
    Pour over salad and toss to blend.
    Serve immediately.
