Christine'S Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 5 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
Heat on medium to high heat, stirring occasionally while frothy.
When consistency is like syrup, add 3 cups pecans.
Stir until all are well coated. If extra liquid is in pan, stir in more nuts until syrup is all used.
Spread on wax paper or cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Let cool and enjoy.
