Swiss-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits or 1 deep dish pie crust
    8 oz. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Separate biscuit dough and spread into ungreased 9-inch pie pan or 9-inch quiche pan, pressing together to form crust.
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
