Curried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oleo
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half
2 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
Preparation

Made best and easiest in an electric skillet.
Melt oleo, add onion, cook until tender.
Add flour, mixing well.
Stir in seasonings.
Slowly add stock, stirring to blend without lumps. Add half and half and chicken.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
