Martha Howard'S Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. whipping cream
    1 c. light Karo
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. or more flake coconut
    popped corn
Preparation
    Cook the sugar, cream and Karo to a soft ball stage.
    Add coconut flavoring and flake coconut.
    Pour immediately over a dishpan size bowl full of popped corn.
    Stir and form into balls. If your hands become sticky, just put them into a little cold water.
