Ingredients

1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. honey
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. fresh orange peel, grated
2 1/2 lb. chicken, quartered
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade (optional)
Preparation

Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl. Add dill, orange peel and marmalade. Place chicken skin side down in baking pan. Brush sauce on top of chicken.
Turn chicken over. Pull back skin and brush meat with sauce. Pull skin back over chicken and brush with remaining sauce. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
