Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and cold water together.
Add to boiling water and cook until clear, stirring constantly.
Set aside to cool. Beat together egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Beat until stiff, then add cornstarch mixture and beat again.
