Corn Bread Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    garlic, minced
    1 can mushroom soup
    bell peppers, chopped
    onions, chopped
    celery, chopped
    2 small boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onions, garlic, celery and bell peppers.
    Add the soup; let cook about 10 minutes.
    Drain off excess fat from skillet.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Make corn bread according to directions on box; pour over ground meat mixture.
    Bake in a hot oven until corn bread is golden brown.
